With a successfull test passed, it just remained to fit the remaining bits and bobs and tidy things up:

Bypass caps are Wima MKS4's: 1uf in parallel with 0.1uf. I'd found when using the same value smoothing caps in my own
power-amp (not this many, though!) that bypass caps were essential to avoid severely curtailed HF - music just lacked
'sparkle' without them.

Speaker outputs are via Eichmann binding posts. Blanking plugs for the unused holes still to be fitted:

Power-amp input is via balanced input. To allow the Naim pre-amp to work, interconnect is wired as pseudo-balanced to
balanced.
