Building an 'XPS' power supply for a Naim CDS3

Here's the finished front panel. Although it's April (2011) as I write this, I actually completed the front panel back in Sept when ambient temperatures were still ok for paint spraying (my garage/workshop is unheated). The chassis tray components were painted mid-Nov with ambient temperatures of less than 10c - not at all ideal, but at least the chassis finish is not cosmetically as important.
